Spencer Q. Parsons
Spencer has experience representing Oregon cities, counties, and special districts. He began his legal career at BEH, and has since served as Associate County Counsel for Columbia County and most recently has been in private practice. Spencer focuses his practice on the areas of land use, real estate, public contracting and general governance. After many years away, he is excited to have reunited with the firm in 2016.
Spencer enjoys all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, backpacking, skiing, beekeeping, tinkering with his bicycles and generally making a mess around the house. He lives in Northeast Portland with his wife, two young children and two kooky dogs.
